Check out my healthy, easy and quick breakfast or snack smoothies to get started to a healthier, happier, and slimmer YOU today!

LEAN GREEN SMOOTHIE

My entire family loves this smoothie, including our kids - all three of them (yes, even my 7-month old daughter loves it), and it's super healthy for you!!! Could you imagine your kids eating baby spinach and kale leaves?!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh mango cut into small chunks (optional: 1/2 cup pineapple in chunks and 1/2 cup mango)
  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup baby kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
Directions:
  • Place all of the ingredients into a 24-ounce (or bigger) blender in the order listed above, starting with the mango.
  • Blend and enjoy:)!

STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into big chunks
  • 1 cup milk (I use 2%)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
Directions:
  • Place all of the ingredients into a 24-ounce (or bigger) blender in the order listed above, starting with the banana.
  • Blend and enjoy:)!

MONDAY MORNING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into big chunks
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 apple, peeled, cored and halved
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, cleaned and cut up
Directions: 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a 24-ounce (or bigger) blender in the order listed above, starting with the banana.
  • Blend and enjoy:)!
